Electra Palace

Electra Palace Hotel is a Superior First Class hotel under the shadow of the Acropolis, in the picturesque quarter of Plaka. After an eighteen-month period of complete re-construction and refurbishment, Electra Palace Hotel reopened its doors to the public May 2004.

The facade of Electra Palace building has changed completely to a neoclassical style, impressively lit at night and together with the Hotel’s interior exclusive style with its wooden and antique furniture, creating a unique feeling of class and luxury.

Electra Palace Hotel consists of 131 Guestrooms 9 Junior Suites and 10 Suites. The decoration of all the guestrooms is classic, in order to match the classical facade of the hotel and the character of the ancient district of Plaka.

Rooms description:

Standard Rooms: They are equipped with air conditioning and central heating, a min bar, an electronic safe box, a direct dial-phone, satellite TV and pay movie service, radio, high speed internet connection, sound proof windows, a work desk with an adjustable lamp, a hair dryer, bathrobes and slippers, a magnifying mirror, wooden floor entrance, electronic lock. There are also non smoking rooms.
Superior Acropolis View Rooms: Further to the Standard Room facilities it features a magnificent Acropolis view while some of these rooms include a balcony and some Superior Rooms are also equipped with a trousers press.
Junior Suites: They feature all facilities of a standard room and they also include a sitting area, a trousers press, wooden floor and hand made carpets. There is a balcony with a view to the Acropolis in 6n junior suites while 3 of the hotel junior suites have a garden view.
Electra Palace Suites: Apart from the standard facilities, they feature a separate sitting room, a Jacuzzi bathtub (separate shower in some of them), special bathroom amenities, a trouser press, wooden floor and hand made carpet. There is a balcony in 7 Electra Palace suites while all of them have a view to the Acropolis.

The restaurant of Electra Palace Hotel operates temporarily on the lobby level and it serves American buffet breakfast and à la Carte lunch and dinner. The Bar is located on the Lobby level, near the Lobby Lounge.
Athens Electra Palace Hotel Spa Area operates on the fist basement of the old wing. The space includea an indoor Heated Swimming Pool, a Jacuzzi, a Gym, a Sauna, a Steambath and a Massage Room.
